Hongpai New Materials Successfully Holds Special Legal Training on Information Disclosure Standardized Operation and Annual Report Preparation for Listed Companies

To further improve the compliance awareness and professional performance capacity of staff from the Board Secretary’s Office and the Finance Department, consolidate the company’s compliance management system, and strengthen the defense line for compliant operation and information disclosure of the listed company, on July 31, Hongpai New Materials specially invited Shao Yingqi and Su Xiaobing from Jiangsu Taihe (Shenzhen) Law Firm to deliver special training covering practical sharing on information disclosure and standardized operation for listed companies as well as hands‑on annual report preparation. More than 30 staff members from the Board Secretary’s Office and the Finance Department of the company attended this training.

The training session featured substantial practical content with strong pertinence. At the meeting, Shao Yingqi closely focused on the core work of standardized governance of listed companies, and gave systematic explanations covering four core modules: basic principles of information disclosure and daily regulatory provisions, compliance management of connected transactions, prevention of special transaction matters, and risk prevention and control of insider trading. During the explanation, combining typical cases of regulatory penalties in the capital market in recent years, Ms. Shao conducted in‑depth reviews of common violations such as various information disclosure defects, irregular financial practices and delayed disclosures. She thoroughly analyzed the causes of these problems as well as corresponding rectification requirements and penalty outcomes, enabling all participants to gain a direct understanding of the seriousness and importance of compliant operation and standardized disclosure for listed companies. In addition, participants raised numerous questions about difficult problems encountered in daily work. Ms. Shao answered each question one by one and provided accurate, implementable and executable compliance solutions, which effectively resolved practical pain points in job operations.

Subsequently, Su Xiaobing focused on core practical work of annual report preparation. Based on standard annual report templates, she delivered immersive hands‑on teaching. She broke down chapter by chapter the annual report preparation framework, disclosure requirements, writing standards and format specifications, and elaborated on writing skills including consolidated financial statements and filling in key operating data. The training site maintained a strong learning atmosphere. Participants took notes earnestly, interacted actively and proactively consulted practical problems including daily information disclosure review, financial data verification and difficult points in annual report drafting. Ms. Su gave detailed answers to each question, helping participants clearly understand relevant standards and master corresponding methods, and greatly improved their practical capabilities in annual report drafting, review and risk identification.

This two‑theme special training featured comprehensive content with clear priorities. It consolidated the compliance and legal foundation for all personnel and effectively improved practical capabilities for annual report preparation, achieving the training objective of enhancing both theoretical knowledge and practical skills.

Going forward, the company will take this special training as an opportunity to implement compliance thinking throughout the whole process of information disclosure, annual report preparation and daily governance. It will continuously improve the internal control management system and information disclosure working mechanism, carry out regular compliance training, and steadily enhance the quality of information disclosure and the level of standardized operation. Meanwhile, the company will always strictly abide by the regulatory bottom lines of the capital market, prevent compliance risks on a regular basis, effectively safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of the company and all investors, and support the high‑quality and sustainable development of the company.
