Application Range

HP-1589C is a kind of multifunctional silane coupling agent that has been used successfully in the rubber industry. It is used to improve physical and mechanical properties of vulcanizates. It is able to markedly improve tensile strength, tearing strength and abrasive resistance and reduce compression set of vulcanizates. In addition, it can reduce the viscosity and improve the processability of rubber products.
It is suitable to be used with silica and silicate fillers.
HP-1589C can be used in combination with silica and silicate in polymers such as NR, IR, SBR, BR, NBR and EPDM.
Add sulfur-silane coupling agent in the industry of rubber tire, it’s not only debase the risk of puncture as temperature too high running on the high speed road or long time, but also reduce roll resistance of tire, then reduce the consume of gasoline, the emissions quantity of CO2 as to accord the environmental protection of carbon reduction.
